@Dex507 True, i did it exactly so since my first try and the hardest part was actually finding the correct room, i basically walked through the whole house before i found i only needed to knock off one guard. Though i guess it's possible to avoid that too.

@HoracePL there is a secret door leading from the garden (its near the fountain) straight to the rich mans room, if you dont want to fight you can easily sneak out back again. So you have to kill only the first enemy :) But you wont get the silver fletcher :(

after you kill the first guard go to the power supply and switch it of then wait, a guard will come and check the power supply , knock him of too ,,,,easy way

i went through the back door then in the office and after that i went after the silver fletcher . i left the guard near the guard alive so that he was gonna shoot after the car while i was speeding away. i thought it would be funny that way

nice i had to complete the mission the hard way before i watched this, didn,t use baseball bat jut pistol and shotgun and this mission is kind of scary coz its very quiet and u canjust imagine and BANG with a shotgun.

Did you know about the concilur's wive! I killed all of the guards and go to every room in the villa, and I found his wive! She is saying: "hello darling how was at the work?" or something like that, but she can't see you, she has a cucumbers on her eyes!

You can also just hide behind the statue to your left when you enter, knock the Guard out passing by, go to the small metal box ant the bench to the left, turn off the light: beware! Guard coming. wait til he's there and while he swithcs, knock him.. the through the side door ! watch out 4 the GUard at the stairs behind the house or he'll shoot! and your in the rest is a piec o' cake without getting found or something that's the safest way to pull this "stunt" of

circle( turn left) around the house ...u will see the car in the garage . there will be two guard ...beat them from their back....then just drive the car

i cant follow all the above video because one guard stuck at the door when he escort the council back into the hall. i cant open the hall door to take the car directly.

after u steal the document, and wait for a while till the council go in his room, u can go down the stairs, and (go through all the ways u come up), through the kitchen, through the living hall where u first come in the house, down the cement stair, and u will beat a guy among the bush from his back

Outside Oakwood there is a light house on the way to oak hill, the silver fletcher is there, is unlocked and you can steal it, after that you get to keep it.

after finishing the game so many times, i just go inside kill 2 guards so that i can take their weapons and i start shooting the others. its fun, but u have to tell salvadore to wait for you somewhere, otherwise he'll get killed during the gunfight

True, if you're too late, the guards will hear the woman shouting and come to see what's going on. I don't think it is necessary to kill the poor woman (you can try to sneak silently your way into the house).
