  • my pen tool is evil. i always put "simulate pressure" on and it never works. it comes out like normal... that is to say u can tell its used a circle brush shape.. please please tell me how to fix this??

  • Can you flip the brush before using it?

  • Yeah, just click on the tool box-looking icon in the right corner and click on "Brush tip shape". Then you can change the angle of the brush and the width and size. Or you can flip the x and y axis with a simple check of a box.

  • You need a high resolution picture (high quality/big file) If your picture is small then its gonna be harder to work with and it'll be very pixelated.

    Does this help?

  • if you zoon in this far on a low resolution picture it will be all pixelated, im gona guess yours is low rez.

  • simulate pressure with the Pen Tool - probably the coolest things I've learned in PS in a long. You can do AMAZING things with that technique!
