It's BORING and unimaginative. So..what do you have? Just a series of dolls and costumes...a display that you would find in ANY museum. And then this whole Clepsydra parade DIDN'T even have ANYTHING to do with the lake? So what was the point of the lake? It's like they were TWO disparate parts...when they should've been unified in telling a story. I mean how imaginative is just lining up wax-like dolls? Very FLAT and unimaginative I'd say.

@mpoukoma Baloney. "Art" is a very subjective concept. For an Olympic ceremony...which is stadium spectacle...you DON'T strive for art. That is so pretentious. You strive for something that is entertaining...especially to the crowd that paid TOP DOLLARS to see a spectacular show. If it comes close to art, then fine. I found the whole presentation highly entertaining, and I'd pay top dollar to see this at an Olympic venue to be honest...this was exhilarating to watch on the television, I only wish I could have been there.

@mylesag2 What?! Of course the clepsydra thing was conected with the lake. In the lake the couple made love. That is when Eros appeared. Then Eros, an ancient God, took us back to ancient greece and showed the crowd the greek history. When he came back to modern days, he meets again the girl, who got preagnant in the lake.
