this happened to my dads nova 850hp, raced it for 3 years and one day the rearend spun off the mounts and the yoke broke, it was weird cause the welds didnt even penetrate onto the axle housing and it lasted 3 years basically on powder coat and light weld. the guy who built said it wouldent ever break and well it did so he made a new one for us.
