His follower is Charon you get him in the underworld which is in the museum of history and go through the giant skull and go up the steps to the left and talk to the bartender you will have to spend 1000 caps to charon.

First time I came here I had a strange need to om nom all the abraxo cleaner from the shelves so I could shit it out my "Rock-It Launcher" for lolz then realised the set up and that it was probably some funky chain reaction dealy...so I spat back the abraxo at the shelves where were now nice and shiney cus they had been digestified by Rock-It Launcher yay!
