To Re-Roll an item droped by the sins (works only with spacebar itens) PICK IT UP then get back the d-6 then re-roll it, or else it would give you anoter Shodawop(for example)

I just had one of my best runs yet. Got basement boy, playing as Maggy. Got technology and choclate milk allowing me to shoot powered lasers, then I got Loki's horns and teleport, which may seem useless but it got me out of about 20 tight situations. Then, I beat moms heart and the devil room opened, I went to Sheol, and since I still haven't gotten to it lives it automatically gave me fetus in a bottle and the cross, then I lost right outside of the Satan boss room.

I had probably the most bomb oriented run today. and it's extremely powerful!!! if you ever get the Dr. Fetus upgrade you gotta try to get the Mr.Mega upgrade (increased blast damage), and if at all possible bobby bomb. (dont have the bomb bag unlocked sadly. :C) but it was actually way stronger than anything i've ever seen.

@northernlion btw, the reason that the parasite is so rare for you is that b/c you unlocked it last, you have a chance of around 1/80 of finding it per item(roughly). But with most people, they got the parasite unlocked earlier, thus giving them chances such as 1/40 or so, due to the lack of other possible item pickups

You've been neglecting Cain a little bit. Maybe he can provide you with the luck you need to get the parasite. If you really want to keep using Isaac, then re-roll EVERY item that is not the parasite. It will greatly increase your chances of finding it.
