I can't hate this version of the film because it's what I grew up with, but now a days I can't defend it like I would have. I don't mind this song but the other two make me want to cry "am I feeling love" Is super corny and it makes me sad to hear tack speak, he was neve intended to have a voice and neither was the thief and I think it works better when they don't speak. I think it would have been better if they kept more of the origanl scenes and didn't creat scenes that didn't add to the film.

love LOVE this movie, both versions. The original (Recobbled) or whatever, and the musical one. Honestly though, i prefer the original, where Tack never spoke until the end. It made it more exiting :p

My favorite part of Arabian Knight (The Thief and The Cobbler). I wish Princess Jasmine would have had a beautiful song like this in Aladdin. I liked this movie because it reminded me of Aladdin, then come to find out it was in the works years and years before Aladdin. Go figure!

It's not going to destroy a child's life to know that adult characters drink beer. And the fact that the words "golden balls" are used shouldn't weigh on the rating. That's only a problem if you have a dirty mind and are too simple to realize they're speaking literally.

Let's not impose ratings for silly, oversensitive reasons. Children can handle stuff like this and do not need to be treated like idiots.
