It's illegal if you get caught. The ref put his ass in front of the camera, but didn't see the finger inside th gi.

it's illegal to put your fingers inside the gi pants or sleeves. so yes, that was an illegal grip.

I don't think you can get disqualified for the grip unless repeatedly told not to do it by the ref. I don't think he should have given the match to Emma, should have not allowed the sub to be applied like that in the first place.

@maxmadx i don't think that was an illegal grip, but i thinks it is illegal if you put the fingers inside the gi-pants.
