after blood ties quest u get one.....then go to SatCom Array NN-03d...once there go SW to this rusty shack surrounded my dark brotherhoods...its in the shack on a table....then after that go to canterbury commons and wait for the trader....lucky somthing i forget his name but kill him then search his corpse and his cow...if u get all three schematics u get v.3 flamesword
