I really like this car! thisi not just a jumped up Cayman! This car has more aerodinamic studies than most cars. A sequential gearbox quicker than 60ms. It has Porsche Carrera S engine with 2 turbos delivering around 700 hp...

Cars don't get much better, it can go over speed bumps, it's heaven.

go up against a 911 turbo? the 911 turbo has a 3.6tt flat 6 427 hp, the ctr 3 has a 3.8tt mid body flat 6 with 720 horsepower, it is basically a 997 gt2 on steroids

it would be a good race for the carrera gt, but the carrera gt would still be eating its dust

This time I've got a real good comparison. The RUF CT3 vs. the 9ff GT9. Both cars are loosly based off the 911 carrera and both companies are certified car manufacturers in Germany. What do you think about that?

the ruf ct3 would beat it, even though the 9ff GT9 supposedly has a top speed of 248 mph, it is not meant for handling it is meant for straight line driving at ridiculous high speeds

That is not true. It is still a Porsche. You are saying that 9ff doesn't concern themselves with keeping the car an all round performer. Are you saying that they take all the high performance capabilities that come on the car and just throw in a higher horsepower engine. We do not even know a lot about the CTR3 yet.

the 9ff does have good handling but it is not up to par with the cars actually converned for swervy's

I like the car, but it seems to me there is a little to much rear overhang. and the car, when it revs, needs a meaner exhaust noise. when it is idling it sounds great, but as for a rev noise, it should be meaner.

I've seen the CTR3 prototyp 2 weeks ago in Pfaffenhausen, Germany in the RUF-"factory". Looks pretty nice, the colour of the car is very cool.

hey dumbass is a ruf ctr3 'the' ultimate supercar, it more than likely costs a million plus in any currency so i dont think many people will be driving them through mall shopping lots with speedbumps

amazing looking car and spec, reminds me of the 959 but a 2007 model.. amazing can't wait to see Top Gear getting their hands on this surely?
