Momo's owner is the voice of May from Pokemon: Veronica Taylor. In fact, it's also Ash's voice actor. Here are the other 4Kids voice actor crossovers I can think of at the moment:

Rockne is Eric Stuart, who also does Brock and James' voices.

Tama is Andrew Rannells, who did Morty, a Gym Leader.

Dan Green, who was Yuugi, was also in it, as well as Lisa Ortiz, who has done a million voices.

@famicom1985 I think that's May. 4Kids tends to reuse the same voice actors. For example, Ash from Pokemon has the same voice as a minor character from the Kirby movie.

Tama is voiced by Andrew Rannells, who also voices Casey. I'm not sure if Tara was in this series... I want to think she wasn't.
