What's amusing is this vid attacks Just Keith Ellison. He's not the only scumbag responsible, it's the whole board of directors as well that should go. This is the same scenario as Bristol Meyers Squibb a few years back when they embezzled from the employees insurance and investment plans. They threw the former CEO Peter Dolan to the wolves to protect their asses when they were just as responsible. Bank of America should be dissolved for their crimes, period.

I did do my homework, and I found that without the community reinvestment act initiated by congress, lending standards would have been stricter leading to less spending and borrowing that we are now recovering from.

If the govt, the FED, Fannie, and Freddie would stay out of the market, there wouldn't be these huge swings.

And sorry to curse alot but I was angry to see people in congress act like they had nothing to do with this.

Ken Lewis should skip a few meals, he certainly could afford to, and give the money to a non-profit. He might actually enjoy giving $100 out of his $25 mil salary.
