Dude have you heard any interviews with iommi and butler? gezzer writes all the lyrics so there lyrics were always by the same guy. iommi said dio is a hell of a lot easier to write a record with that ozzy because he puts so much out there unlike ozzy who just went in there and sang the songs they gave him. You really should listen to Black Bible and tell me if that is shit.

the band was tight at this show.they were tight when i seen them in 99 and they were tight with dio singing in 2008. sabbath is great.even with the line up c hanges they have had. as long as butler and iommi are in the group. its sabbath as far as im concerned and sabbath rocks. i just dont know who im going to go see when all my favorite rock ledgends die or retire. their really isnt many good bands out their to fil the void. no pun intended

Nothing. Ozzy went on tour with his band. And Well Tony and Geezer reunited with Dio late 2006 to record the three new songs: Devil Cried,Shadow of the Wind and Ear in the Wall. Those are on the Dio Years CD that came out in April I believe. Tony,Geezer,Vinnie and Dio are touring under the name Heaven and Hell here in 2007.

Bill's sound was fucking massive - his snare was fucking spot on at Download. The whole band sounded exceptional. One of the best sounding gigs I've seen. I wish I was around to see them back in the early 70's.

I think ozzy should take a rest for couple of years so his vocals are up to strength while Sabbath do the heaven and hell tour, also bill needs to practise more of stop using tama drums cuz they don't sound too good. I love Bill's playing but the sound ain't so good. then Sabbath mk 1 can return and do a proper tour in a couple of years and play the north of england!
