I'm hoping you could clear something up for me, well 2 questions to be honest, a Resistive touch screen is this similar to screens on the iphone and ipad which use static current on the persons finger to determine input

or more similar to the DS which is based on pressure touch

and my second question is does this device support Multi-touch for some games as an example a virtual keystick and buttons can they be used simultaineously

I just got one of these and made sure to buy one that said it has the RK2808 but mine seems slower than this one. The menu that comes out from the right is much jerkier. Is there a way to test what processor it has and what memory it has because it said 256mb ram which i'm now doubting it has.

I like how this is several hundred dollars cheaper than the iPad, and that it can actually show flash content.

Those plus several other reasons is why the iPad is a waste of money and even cheap Chinese products can offer better features.

Well Youtube only allows 10min of video, the end of the vid is cut up as i ran over the 10min :/ will try and do more. Skyfire runs well, flash plays well, but not full screen, the same issue affects Archos 7HT but ppl found a work around on that device.

Thanks for this. All the reviews on rk2808 tablets seem to be in Chinese and most of them don't even seem to be decent reviews to begin with. I'd like to see yours to be a bit more extensive too - like how does the flash play on Skyfire, do all 480p videos work flawlessly, what's the battery life etc
