A couple of months ago I purchased Palm Pre Plus from AT&T.

I was told that the phone can be unlocked for international travel.

Now I am in Russia, AT&T gave me unlock codes. Neither worked. The representative is telling me that the unlock code will be available in several months.

There will be no refunds or exchanges. I can pretty much stick it.

If you want the worst service ever, sign with AT&T.

@imPHOreal there is a virtual keyboard app but you must also install landscape mode otherwise youd only have it in portrait

this is the WORST smartphone/celphone I ever had. why? because: 1. it is so cumbersome to make a call. 2. when you are in a call progress it is easy to hit the disconnect button on the screen by your ears and cheek. 3. It often makes an accidental call. 4. Bluetooth does not support file sharing. 5. Music player very basic 6. I do not like the address book. 7. poor battery life 8. heats up easily during a call 9. no pc sync 10. No yahoo,skype IM apps. I hated this phone a lot. Poorly designed.

@ChriistyLynnn I think it only shows for the first SMS from that person? Then SMS following that one will not show, unless they change to a different messaging service like IM, then the next SMS will have it. Don't remember too well..

@xephyr417 only one picture per message. All threaded messages are loccated in messages folder, cannot separate based on IM or SMS, unless you unlink the accounts.
