Actually, this is not a first. There was a 1930s American movie called "The Terror of Tiny Town" which had an all-little people cast. I will admit, however, that it didn't have full-sized women in the cast also, as this film does - at least I don't believe it did; I've never had the pleasure of seeing it.

this is not tamil or telugu its a malayalam movie. they remade it in tamil. anyway the concept was pretty good but movie sucks and it was a flop. the lead actor of the movie got in to the Guinness book of records.
