Avalanche save my life saturday night...we got hit toward the rear, the car went under the truck and flipped us. We flipped twice before landing on the roof. The avalanche took most of the hit and save my mother's, my friend's, and my life. I was sitting in the backseat, behind the driver and exactly where the car hit us, without a seatbelt and I came out of the hospital later that day with only a bruised left leg. Our avalanche saved our lives.

i just sold a 2002 white and grey avalanche and guess what i bought? a 2005 white and grey avalanche, i love trucks and suv's i bought an avalanche and got both, i have a truck when i need it and an suv when i dont need a truck. i am sold on them and will continue to buy them until gm stops making them, after i got my first one one of my friends that hated avalanches went and bought one less than a month later- their great +1 for gm, any one that disses one obviously has never saw or drove one

Does anyone remember the first Avalanche commercial where some random dude asks the guy with the Avy for change. So he puts the midgate down and walks away. That's when I knew I wanted an Avy, I was in high school back then.

My friend has one and it looks pretty cool on the outside and inside but I would hate to pay for the gas. I don't know what he was thinking when he bought one. I guess guys just have to have their trucks.

That's pretty cool. I love when people play with pictures and merge them. I also love the way that th Avalanche has that bit that opens at the back of the passanger piece.
