@xX5Rafael5Xx It's very difficult to land that in real situations. The only way you could really pull that is if your opponent is unintellegent and makes that mistake. Besides, Dtilt is a better option to Meteor Smash a off-stage opponent when uses Link.

why go through all that when a simple meteor smash would suffice, i mean i play as naruto all the time. and like they said in splinter cell chaos theory, "Finese is for the young and the cocky." but still nice video.

@carsonma20132 Sorry. What is the point you're trying get across and what part of the video are you talking about? And what does you playing Naruto have to do with quote from Splinter Cell? This is SSF2.

@Zalozis the point im trying to get across was that the combos seem a little too overcomplicated, they had too much flair (finesse) and are relatively hard to accomplish with minimal result in terms of getting them out. but again i complimented the video and yes they are good combos that would be hard to avoid. and in splinter cell the point of that quote was that it is usually pointless to overcomplicate things, especially when an easier and equally effective route is optional. again, nice vid.

@carsonma20132 Sorry, didn't see this comment but now I understand. I aim for style, damage, and difficulty where doing combos. The combos are made as fast damage rackers and quick finishers to get the opponents stocks down quickly. I want to take the lead and end the match as soon as possible. There is a lot of hard timing that's done with these combos, so don't expect these to be pulled off every Link match.

@carsonma20132 True there are easier and basic strategies that are effective, but some character match-ups that are difficult for Link to win. A player may need to use more advanced tactics to helps them. Sometimes things aren't so complicated once you understand the idea of how it works. So thank you for liking the video.

@MitaruTheFox 1. About a month. Though, Link's playing style has been the same for the last 3 or 4 demos. So I've been playing with him for like 1-2 years.

2. I use hypercam2 to record all my computer game play videos.

@MitaruTheFox No, it's the free version of hypercam2. It just took me a few trys to get the recording quality just right. I haven't heard many differences between the free and paid version though.

@go0dzilla No it will not. It takes a very long time to edit each characters' individual sprites. It also takes up a lot of file space for the game. But there will be a type of tint slide where you can tint the character certain colors.

1st fire punch the foe

2nd use the fire wave special

and that is fire mario combo
