So, these people are trying to say that all it takes to not be filmed in public is to simply say that you don't want to be filmed in public. Ok.....then I want to not be filmed on the highway anymore on the highway cameras. I don't want to be filmed anymore on the streets or in parking lots. I don't want to be filmed anymore in stores or at banks or while I'm pumping gas. So, by their reasoning all of these activities should stop simply because I've stated I'm not comfortable with this.

When private citizens are filmed in public most of the time their consent is needed to show their faces on any type of public access such as TV I assume legally that would include you tube.For that permission needs to be granted. Permission was not granted by all.Therefore., he should have gone to the back and film the process as he was asked to do. It is simple itis being made an issue when all he had to do was respect their wishes, period !

I believe he was told he could film from the back as long as he didn't get anyone s face on camera. If he wanted to simply record the process then why does it matter if it is their face or the back of their head in the shot. They were not marching they were having a meeting.
