I see a man on video begging not to get tased (he states w/repetition that he has a 4y/o daughter) , who is compliant with the officers get shot to death while laying on his abdomen. I saw a heart-broken family, a fatherless daughter & a single mother all at the shot of one bullet. I just want to clarify a few things. 1)Oscar Grant was killed by Bart Police. They are not under the jurisdiction of Oakland. Therefore suing Oakland would be pointless. 2)Half of $25Mil is $12.5Mil so even if they stuck with what they are going for now they would fit your definition of millionaire.

Also I would agree that the police should leave your men alone. But unfortunately your men still commit crimes in disproportional #'s so the police will be unable to do this.
