On the Clip which is on top, go to pan crop, and then go to mask 3. use the pen a draw around the whole scope smoovly. Then use pan crop and put key points so it moves out of the screen. (on sony vegas) If you didnt understand this msg me and i could probs try and explain better this is just quick sa i have to get off.
