I got the new 2 pronged version in today, It seems ok however when I ordered I got a medium because It said to measure your chest and if 41 and under get a medium and so i did since mine was 38. However when Im using It, It seems like It wants to slide off my shoulders and like i have to balance It back with my hands while holding the prongs. Would I be better off with a large? Would It go down my back a bit further, since I JUST got this in today, Im thinking about resending It back for a large
btw the i have the new two pronged version, it handled 210kgs no problems. I find if i lift more weight (about 25kg) on the top pins than the lower set. There is a definate shift from the glutes and hamstrings to the quads when placing the bar on the lower pins. Great unit and recommend it to anyone.
id love to have one of those. Nice tool to have!

You can lean forward and dump the weight the same as you would without the harness the pins are very short.

Dumping is pretty easy, just got to watch your balls, if the pins are set too low the bottom of the harness can crush your balls
