I have the same tire and teh traction on it helped to save my butt from being hurt more than I was the other day when a pickup pulled out in front of me with no chance to stop. I got cratered and my Goldwing got bent. He has insurance and I have hurts. Do a GOOGLE search for GL1800riders and then go to the "Darksiders" forums...look for the thread "wrecked out this morning".
I have been looking into the Idea of putting a car tire on my goldwing and this tire is the one I want to put on mine I would like to know what tire pressure and if you had any problems mounting
I used a Go Pro Hero Wide. Using the included suction cup mount, I attached it to the bottom of the rear fender, hanging about 8 inches above the road and a foot from the tire. The camera was hanging upside down so I had the camera invert the video. I did see in the video that debris was being thrown against the camera case. The external case is replaceable if needed. I plan on making a lexan shield so that I can make more videos while putting the camera in harms way.
Thanks for sharing. I've looked at those GoPro Hero cameras ... very cool. I wish they would film in 16:9. They are great film quality and even underwater.

I like the demo of the tire i think it provides a good look at how the tire respondes to the road.

great view ... curious ... what did you use to mount it and what kind of camera? You weren't concerned about stones or other debri hitting the lens?
I'll stick with Dunlop or Bridgestone or Metzler ... but ride safe and thanks for sharing.
