Just to add a small point here.

I was recently doing my shopping in this Tesco when one of the security guards who's been there years came up and shook my hand. When i asked why he said that he saw the video and agreed with me. Apparently the security in this clip was not a very nice guy and had recently been sacked for his attitude towards his job and other customers.

I hate to say i told them so :p

Was skating permitted on the property? Is it posted? Have you been warned before? Was he warned about the problem skaters? Did you contribut to the problem this property has been having. What set the officer off, why was that not filmed. Need to show his side. Courts are dismissing the excessive force crys that are cough on film. Due to the ones filming don't have the beginning shots of what started it all.

There are no signs up that tell anyone to stop Skating.

This was at night and we specifically went to the car park in question as it is far from residential areas.

This is also not what you'd call a 'Skate spot' as in it is hardly used by Skateboarders, in fact the last time the three of us were there must have been three years before.

I understand that the beginning of the conflict is not filmed, this is because i didn't go there to film security and only started filming once he kicked off.

The sad thing about ur advice is 90% of the videos i see where the security politely asks for skaters to leave the skaters piss and moan and try to belittle the security or ignore them all-together...seems like agressive force is the only thing kids respect and understand these days.
