Thank for your positive comments, we love positive feedback. I can eat just about anything, and thought I would be able to handle the mondongo soup, but after one taste I met my match. I think mondongo must have an acquired taste!

I am from Honduras and I loved the video you had on the mondongo, my family doesn't like mondongo either but I do like it.
