I personally think Jessica Bowman made a better Colleen, I always thought Erika Flores whined to much and talked to dang soft... I did'nt like the change at 1st, but I really grew to like Jessica playing role.
@GLjumper Yeah, they got together earlier in the series, Dorothy's character development was pretty awesome in some ways. She used to annoy me so much with her attitudes, but throughout the show she became a lot more open minded, and willing to think for herself.
what was the reason to end Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman tv series? What were thinking to abruptly stop the season 6....does not make any sense.....I am dissappointed in CBS....
wow dr.mike has aged since the first ones :) she is sooo pretty in these but prettier n the first ones :) haha :) sully has grown more gorgeous as the years rolled on he is sooo gorgeous now :) he was ugly in the first ones lol
@RedheadDane I don't know if they've said what year it was for Colleen's wedding, but Colleen was born in 1854 and was 12 years old in the pilot episode. (I estimate that she's about 18 in this episode.) And the first movie was set in 1877.
@ErinsChannel01 i know, even back in those days, 18 years old was very, very young to get married, but then again as i said before ever since erika flores left the show, they turned colleen into some kind of housewife wannabe... and jessica bowman's acting sucks too, which is why her character barely appeared in the last season. i guess they just wanted to make up for her lack of depth with a big white wedding. meh...

in university on it is one year.after they apply for med school which is 4 years.
to get into pre medyou'll have to finish your [they called it pre-university program and it could be 2 years ]program in college at the time it is supoose to finish and get a high R-score.if you don't have those requirements than youll have to do a program in university[ a 3year program......] and than apply for med school.
@nubiana75 I recently got my Higher National Diploma after two years of study, and that allows me into the third year of a Bachelors Degree. That means it'll have taken me 3 years over all to earn the Bachelors Degree, so I guess it's realistic depending on what level she was able to learn to in those two years.

two years is fast. It takes 4 to 5 years to graduate with a BA. I think for the time period of the show 2 years might have been relavent.

Season 6 was the last season, a few years later two movies were made; 'Revolutions' and 'The Heart Within'.
I guess the clips you are talking about must have been from the series, and you saw Colleen with her little sister Katie as a baby..
