I would like to have something like this for my Volt, since it is basically a gas powered generator, this would be useful during a black out for a couple of hours for example. Better electricity storage systems could allow us to have more localized power generation powered by renewables instead of having huge power plants hundreds of miles away and the power losses through power lines. Half my electricity bill is for delivery, ridiculous.
