I agree. Warming up is good, damaging is bad. AAG does a lot of this stuff, it's good to keep in mind that those guys are amateurs, just like yourself.
I'm sorry, while reading over it again it does sound like I'm adressing you. The "amatuers just like yourself" part was meant for the YouTube readers at large.

half of these stretches are found to be unsafe.
and some of these stretches aren't even stretches...
