I have no idea how I got to this tv show, but 2 days later I'm glad I did. Unlike American TV, the Aussies actually tied up things in 1 season and it was a good ending. Layla is gorgeous and Micki shines...enjoy to whoever else stumbles upon "Kick"!

Someone said they emailed SBS and they said the second season is in development. More Layla and Jackie, yes!!!

To be honest, I've only watched Layla & Jackie. It seems like the straight couple got together after building up all season... I'm not sure where their storyline can go. But Layla & Jackie still have Layla's family to deal with at least, so there's future potential there.

i remember vaugely reading a newspaper article about Romi Trower(the actress that plays Jackie) saying that there would be a second season. It said that Romi is Jewish and the producers would be incorporating that into the show...

Hopefully that'll happen.

i'd just be happy if a second season was finalised!
