I have a question (a quite lot really). I have been taking a break from anything anime related for almost 1 1/2 year. Now I am thinking about starting to watch a few series again.

So it would help a lot if you could tell me from what animes the clips in this video are from. (I recognized many like bleach, naruto, hellsing and lot of other including some movies).

I haven't known Hollywood Undead before but when I heared it I fell in love with SCAVA. :)) In my opinion that's not a huge problem if the music is not a traditional Christmas music. Like Jingle Bells or Last Christmas. You will be bored if only traditonal Christmas videos come out that night.
