I like the large button mushrooms at costco better. Also I cook the mushrooms in the oven a little bit before i stuff them and pour the water out of the caps. It makes everything so much better and no soggy.

In the same vein as the other comments - this guy should equally buy a roll of toilet paper - pull about half the roll off the core and throw it away unused. COME ONE - Fry the damn mushroom - gills and all!
