Something must be fucked up OR your PSU is holding something down, since 400w for a 4850 and a system like yours might not be enough.

I know that the Atlhon x2 4850 aint too good for gaming, but it´s not a reason for almost 30fps less than mine since your HD4850 is an IceQ4 =/

2 give u my honest opinion,nvidia is exactly the same,i have an 8600gt and i was using older 182 drivers and i got a score of about 240fps in the counter strike source benchmark,now i updated 2 the latest drivers and it dropped 2 like 215,all settings are exactly the same...they do have some really minor improvements though,like 10% increase in performance in farcry 2 with AA enabled,but still lame.

I have a 4850 iceq4 turbo and a e4850 2.5ghz processer but i usally get 35-45 fps on this game...my comp is weird lol

get the 9.4 OR the new 9.6 catalyst

Catalyst 9.5 totally ruined the 4850´s performance =/

Uninstall CCC 9.5, run driversweeper to clean every old catalyst "trash" and then do a fresh install with catalyst 9.4 or 9.6

And about the games, yes, i can run all of them just fine with 70+ fps

haven´t used fraps to measure it, but one thing i can tell you

it never drops under 60, since the game runs butter smooth even when i´m recording :)

i´ve been playing the single player for several hours and it seens that it´s a pretty big campaing

each level is very long too and you can do some extra missions while you´re not doing the main one

pretty neat in my opinion :P
