I was there when Fanton was president, and he constantly attacked the students and faculty. The tuition was always sky-high, the resources were always meager. But there were guards everywhere... protecting what? I don't know.

Unfortunately that is exactly what happened. Students were occupying the back doorway and access to the street, and police attempted to remove protesters. That is where this video begins, with the police trying to push and force students back, not with the students pushing or "attacking" anyone, as was claimed by President Kerrey later that night! Attack is a bit of a stretch. The security guard's need to create a fire exit is a matter of public safety. You have no right to create fire hazards in a public building. I do agree that the security guard lost his cool, absolutely. Still, I think you guys are going about this the wrong way. If you continue on your blagerent path you will get no where and you will be forcefully removed. Violence will only give Kerrey and Murtha more fuel for their continued fire of destruction. Think about it.
