Hey idiots, I lived in montauk... the water is warmer there than anywhere else in the new england area! "GULF STREAM"

Although, i only saw it break like that once, and i wasnt there. Also, I loved surfing out there because all the breaks are sand, not coral like we have here in Oahu.

By the way, east deck is not out by the lighthouse....

thats not in front of the east deck motel, thats turtles cove the only place on the east coast that can hold huge surf like that. I can tell you from surfing big waves in Hawaii that this is a really bad wipeout for NY. It's a large fast moving groundswell breaking over boulders. The point is it's a bad wipeout for NEW YORK!!!!!!!
