    Assalamu Alaikum brother/sister

    I used to think the same way, but its not true, the prophet (peace be upon him) would at times would speak softly, and at times with a raised voice, and the wisdom of it is clear, for some people, the soft and tender tone works (for most people including myself) but for others a loud and raised voice works...
