Im pretty sure when I go into an ANZ branch, an employer is not there to meet me and show me strait through to the office. I have to go and get my little ticket number thing from the machine, sit down and wait. And depending on how many people were waiting before me, I can be waiting for half an hour. I think I would much rather have barbara as my bank manager. At least it would be funny

The funniest thing is I called ANZ today to ask them for a better deal on my loan after finding out the jacked up the rate 0.14% higher than the RBA. SHAME ON THEM. They said that were was nothing they could or would do because they said it quote "would hurt their back pocket"… what about MY back pocket! They were also unable to justify their 53% profit last period. Worst customer service, worst attitude... bunch of dicks

I think this is a very clever ad simply because so much of the detail is true. I love the way she makes out it is the customers fault and then goes back to banging the keyboard (why DOES it take so many keystrokes to find any data on those computers). Brilliant and I bank with Commonwealth and I agree they are pretty hopeless and skin you at every turn.

I work at CBA and it takes that long to bang on the keyboard because we have to press keys to access "deposit" or "withdrawl" and when we do that we have to press "cash out" or "cash in" and type in all the different denominations. Also make notes on the system about what we talk to you about because we want to make sure you dont have to repeat yourself. For customer service.

CBA is hopeless. I was once a customer of CBA and I got sick of standing in line for 20 minutes at a time and being on hold for half an hour everytime I rang them for phone banking!

At Anz I am never on hold for more than 2 minutes!

Good for you, you dont have to stay with them if you dont like their services and products, plus, I have been a customer for the CBA for almost 19yrs, never had to line up for 20mins, and be on the phone for zillion hours otherwise I would of changed banks, am glad your happy where you are now, Good luck ;)
