95 US Dollars here in the Philippines. I could be wrong now but thats what the price was a year ago. I've had my 16 dollar SMB for 2 years now, with at least 20 dives already. It's open circuit though.
Try using exhaled air, simply hold the open end of the dSMB above your exhaust valve and exhale into it. Might help to make yourself a bit negative before starting.
technically u shouldnt really use ur primary reg as if it gets tangled then ur a bit stuck :S

Halcyon are making these cute small smbs, that could be inflated through a special valve. I don't see any problems using the long hose either.

I meant 50+ dives with it already. ANd it's cheaper because its open, no inflator or anything.
