  • its not orginal idiot fuck

  • Lol@gadejfan. You can tell by the grilled its not a 73.

  • whos the dumb fuck who thinks it is a 73, grow up and do some home work, its not an rt you clown, thats all.

  • this is a bad bitch!

  • Best car ever made :)

  • that thing looks really cool, i like the wheels alot, what does it have in it? a 340?

  • Beautiful V8 sound!

  • hey what mirror is that off of. is it factory?

  • @QuintsHat That mirror is a rare one. It's the stock HEMI Challenger one, exactly the same as the '71 Vanishing point Challenger... In the '97 remake the car has a regular Ralley mirror.

  • what about the hood?

  • @paulrider what about it?

  • @DEF90JAM the hood must have an airtakes just in the middle that hood is from a '73 charger as the headlights,anyway... just the fact of get the car is a succes and deserves a like.. i've been looking for one from several years ago

  • @paulrider the hood is the original flat hood from '70 that came with the car, the headlights too!!!! as for the airintakes, you're think of a shaker hood, which had a hole in the middle where the airscoop mounted directly to the airfilter stuck trough and shook along with the engine, there's also the T/A hood which had a airscoop in the middle, and there's also the RT hood which had two airscoops on the left and right side and a big lump in the middle, that kind of looked like an aligator head

  • i owned a 70 challenger and the grill was the same headlites too

  • I bet this puppy can roar on the open road.

  • Excuse me, but I don't think it's a 73 anymore, but something looks different...

  • This is the basic version. Version of R / T is much better. Important in general have this beautiful car.

  • Sorry, I looked more into, yet I looked at 70 pictures of challengers, and these headlights and grill seems to be wrong, unless you guys live in another country

  • @The68chargerlover if you looked at '70 model pictures and still think it's a '73, then the next thing you should do is make an appointment with an eye doctor

  • @The68chargerlover: Are you on drugs???

  • @The68chargerlover You're an idiot. This is a '70 challenger.

  • @The68chargerlover I have a 73. This definitely isn't one.

  • @The68chargerlover u must live in anohter country, quit relying on google to know what year model a car is... learn your shit from real life experience

    clearly a 70 there dumbass

  • @The68chargerlover it's a 70 because the grill and lights look just like his challenger does. the pictures you looked at may be the T/A or R/T pictures because thats what most people look for

  • The grill is wrong, and the headlights

  • Uhhhhh, it is for sure a 70 with a 73 front... The headlights slant toward the grill.... But I like it anyway

  • @The68chargerlover you'dd have to be either blind or really stupid to keep thinking this challenger has a '73 front end, just google it

  • to jest wersja basic. Wersja R/T jest duzo lepsza. Wazne ze w ogole posiadasz ten piekny samochod.

  • Big time cool ! Awesome to the MAX !

  • Im pretty sure thats a 73, but the back of it is a 70... :0

  • @The68chargerlover what would make you think it's a '73, this is completely a '70 model, maybe you've seen a '73 that has a '70 front end, since '72-'74 models aren't as wanted as '70 and '71 models, i personally like '71 model the most, with the split grill and separate taillights

  • sweet! another inhabitant of belgium with a '70 challenger!

    Nederlands/Francais?

  • She is a beauty !

  • Challengers are sooo expensive, no matter what options they have.

  • you can't find a challenger like that for under 25,000 and thats if it isn't anything special. i know of a challenger thats going for 8,000 around here...doesn't have a motor or a trans

  • I have a 68 Malibu that goes from 0 to 60 in 12 minutes. Awesome!!

  • If you are wondering why i posted hp for the 340 & 440, a few posts back someone stated the 340 had more hp. Really, if you aren't sure what you're talking about, don't post about it. I can't count the number of times people post things of which they know nothing about. If I don't know something, then I research it before I make a reply.

  • nice car...looks clean

  • My dream is to get a 1970 Dodge Challenger SE or R/T with a fuel-injected 440 Magnum or 426 Hemi, put on a supercharger sticking out of the hood (looks awesome), do a ton of machine work on the engine to get extra horse power, get an auto transmission with a slap stick shifter, put in anti-sway bar suspension, racing tires, custom rims, a good sound system, new air conditioning, new interior and seats, and paint it orange with the cabin top of it black or yellow with the cabin top of it black.

  • NO WAY!!! I HAVE THE SAME DREAM!!!

  • lol 1:16 it backfires

  • i don't hear anyting backfiring at 1:16

  • i don't hear shit

  • wtf....I didn't write that, believe it or not. I think I may have left it signed in or something and someone used it. I really didn't write it.

  • challengers and barracudas are extremely rare in belgium, it all depends on what the people want to spend their money on, an absolute showcar '70-'71 challenger for instance will probly be sold for export to another country (sweden 80% of the time), because for what that car is worth, people in europe would rather have a porsche, ferarri, mercedes pagode, jaguar e-type, etc., it's the movies mostly that make people aware of am muscle

  • erection - 0:50

  • My favourite car for ever... only change id make would be to have the paint black metallic with a matte black hood.

  • looks happy to see you..

  • I've got a 73 Challenger. What does this one have under the hood?

  • 340 with 360 heads

  • very nice...I'm currently building a 440.

  • I have 2 of these beautys (1/18 scale) would love a real one.

  • is it for sell ?

  • it's sold

  • OMFG! i cum at :45

  • TITS are the only things I like better than these cars.

  • @shoegooguru

sometimes I'd take this over tits, it doesn't have a mouth attached to it!

  • I certainly want something like that in my garage!

  • thats a really rare hood

  • wow!! its very very nice car!!

    great sound,,line,,,,all!

    hahah.

I love this classics cars,70´s- I have one, but european. It´s a Seat 124 sport Coupe.

    greetings

  • That is a Rare hood!

  • a rare?

  • Heck yah! Those hoods are a diamond in a dozen. Challengers usually have the daul hood scoops or a shaker hood. Flat hoods are hard to come by.

  • 440 six pack?

  • no it was a 360, originally a 6cyl but one of the previous owners put in a 360 also they kept the original rear axle which meant the car was slow as hell, i think all 440 sixpacks have an rt hood, which this one didn't have, my brother did buy an original rt hood for the yellow '71 challenger and got it sand blasted but the hood got completely warped and dented from the blasting, apperently ford and mopars used thinner sheetmetal, than for example chevrolet

  • oh ok and it depends on if its factory as to whether or not it has an rt hood ie. if its a factory 440 then it has an rt hood thats why i asked

  • Awesome. The most beautiful car ever made on the planet.

  • ten podemną... zgadzam sie :D

  • to cos wspanialego miec taki samochod

  • Yes, it is for sure!

  • That's a beauty!

  • Hey Man,the 80s called, and they want there GOLD nuget wheels back! for gods sake please PLEASE update to some nice alloy wheels brighten up the smile on that beast, very very sweet car dude!!! and Im joking a little but,get WHEELS!!!

  • LOL fo shizle, those wheels sucked balls man ugly as hell, they belong on a 80's blazer or some shit, my brother put new rally wheels and tires on it with the beauty rings and a complete new interior, before he sold it lol he still has a '71 challenger that i think is a nicer model than the '70, but yeah those wheels were ugly as hell

  • Thats funny Man,Dodge Rally wheels look pretty cool, that would be great choice!!

  • nice...

  • thats very nice

  • when did he get his challenger ?

  • march 2007

  • That's a DREAMCAR. Sounds great!

  • watch vanishing point alot?

  • DZ Zappers ate these cars everyday for lunch

  • What? No bonnet flutes? The Australian XB Coupe is a lot nicer muscle car.

  • Although I think that the XB's were the coolest car Ford ever made, over here or your end of the world. They don't hold a candle to a well equipped Challenger mate!

  • Not any XB, Only the XB Coupe. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder, because fully equipped or not I'd pick the XBGT Coupe. Each to his own.

  • man's car

  • believe it or not, the 340 had as much horsepower as the 440. most of the cars in the movie vanishing point were 340's, with the exception of the main car. they are very rare and very sought after... im drooling right now....

  • no it didnt the 340 v8 had approximately 360 hp somewhere around that area

  • dude do your history...there were was only 1 440 car that was used in that movie for close ups and it was the main camera car..the rest of the cars were 340's and all the stunts were done with the 340's ...the stunt men ran time tests with dodge factory reps on location, and the 340 cranked out the same horse power as the 440..

  • I don't know where you are getting your info, but it is way off base. If you are talking the original VP, there were 5 cars total, 4 of them were 440, 4 spds. 1 was a 383 automatic, which was used to tow the Camaro at the end of the movie btw. I have an article from 1986, with an interview with Barry Newman(Kowalski) and Carey Loftin, the stunt driver. As far as 440 being the same hp as a 340, no way, bigger cid = more horsepower generally. brake hp ratings for 340's was 270, 440's were 375

  • In 1970 the 340 T/A engine, produced for the '70 Challenger T/A & Plymouth AAR Cuda made 290hp @ 5000 rpm with 345 pounds-feet of torque @ 3400rpm.

  • 340 had 290hp

    440 was 390hp

  • That was the six-pack versions.

  • It's for sale for $15000!

  • it allready has the rally wheels now, yeah those rims were ugly as hell, i think rally wheels and the magnum 500 wheels are the nicest for challengers

  • Cool 318 Challenger. What was that said in the beginning?

  • Sounded like yep lemme see.

  • i said "ja, k'ben aan't filmen" wich is dutch for "yep, i'm filming"

  • What a gorgeous motor!

  • yes it is, though you can't really hear it because of the bad sound (sounds more like a 6 cyl to me LOL), but when you hear it in real, especially when revving up it's incredible, i'll make a video of the engine

  • Good stuff ,cant wait to see. Try and borrow a camera with good bass in the sound.

  • yeah i'll try to make a nice video with a good digital videocamera

  • That's what i call Beautifull,really:):):)

  • Nice, very nice. I see it even has power steering!

    Great car!

  • it does and it is

  • Nice looking Challenger.

  • todo un clasico

  • nice car man nice sound too congrats! X-)
