  • OMG... why are you people talking about copyrights when there's the MOST beautiful GIRL in this video... enjoy her HOTNESS!!

  • best song

  • I agree with Peace,

There's also this song called "Take Me To Your Heart" originally sung by a chineseman, and ShinHyesung(Korean) made a cover of it!, there's also way more than a korean version, indian too etc etc

U can listen to the song on youtube by typing in "take me to your heart hu yanbin" ;P

  • beautiful song :D

  • listen everyone, use someone else's instrumental without any legal contract or any approvel from the orginal producer is illegal and soooooo disrespectful......wilber is soo wack, can't come up with something on his own

  • why does it even matter that they sample it...?? it's a popular song... these days u don't hear original songs anymore...

and even if so.. u expect every song u hear to sound like nothing u ever heard...

  • ppls lets not care bout wats illegal n legal now lets just enjoy this song ppls comon we are all guys n gals so i dont see a point of arguing wats illegal or not illegal cuz this song is awsome even if its illegal or wat so ever=D

  • Freestyle ver was first. It just wasnt popular. Bu De Bu Ai came later and sounds much better IMO.

  • Okay, just found that damn Y song. As a non bias judge, I have to say this version is much better. Imitation or not, they made it better.

  • Damn asians stop fighting and link me to this so call song Y.

  • google the song " Y " from "Free style" and you will see what i mean lol

  • @MsZold and you don't know who copied who. It could have been the other way around

  • are you insane??

Y is registered in 07.16.2004 and 不得不愛 is registered in 08.03.2005 :) Now do you know why china is called the country of imitation??

  • Comment removed

  • wow this is just ridiculous :) nasty chinez are hiding from the truth because they know that they are lying. neway the truth is koreans are better than smelly chinese

  • @MsZold watch your mouth white boy. We got way more people than you do

  • whoooooooooo scary :p hey smelly boy, why don't you just face the FACT huh?

  • @MsZold and if you don't like the song, you can bugger off, no one is forcing you to listen to it

  • wow :) what a childish attitude.. does every chinese does that? That stupid singer literally copied other singer's work and he's pretending as if it's his own song lol

  • @mszold ummmm it is true that it is copied from korea but u really didnt have to all the way to dissin all th chinese ppl, plus he did not pretend it was his song

  • @MsZold

chinese chinese chinese imitation blah blah blah

fact is, singers re-sing previously sang songs all the time. Also, not all singers compose their own music, so it could've been the korean creator/composer of the song who sold this piece of music to the wilber's company.

Also, Wilber Pan is from Taiwan, not China

  • OMG... are you really an idiot or just trying to be one? both members of Free Style are singer/song writters and of course that song belongs to THEM. and THEY DID NOT SELL THE SONG DUMB ASS FREAKIN CHINESE JUST RIP IT OFF FROM THEM

  • i never said for sure, i just it might.

but what IS for sure, is that singers re-sing songs sang by other singers all the time, and it's accepted. If this really was such a big deal and has happened so many times, where are the law suits?

  • Yeah it is true that many singers copy off other singers illegally BUT IT STILL IS ILLEGAL and it doesn't justify nothing

  • no actually, it's NOT illegal.

  • Oh really?? hhhh then i really wonder what 'copyright' is for hhh

  • that's if you literally take his song, his voice and his video then resell the cd. AKA selling bootleg

  • what an idiot hhh If one copys even 15 seconds from otther's then it's called copying you idiot. THat stinking chinez literally copyed the whole song WITHOUT PERMISSION. Just face the fact man hh Don't you get it ? more you defend him, he looks miserable

  • if it was illegal, his cd's wouldn't still be selling.

  • THAT's WHY IT'S A ISSUE. EVEN THOUGH THAT SINGER ILLEGALLY COPYED OTHER"S WORK HE'S KEEPING SELLING CD AS IF IT'S HIS

  • wow. It's not illegal. It's been FIVE years.

It IS HIS CD, HIS vocals and HIS lyrics. Just the music is NOT. Therefore, it's not a copyright infringement and NOT illegal.

  • and now, don't get me wrong, i'm not saying he CREATED it. I'm just saying he's selling HIS and not Y's and THATS why its NOT illegal.

  • you are just unbelievably stupid. Of course selling a cd itself isn't illegal HOWEVER copying off someone's work is illegal. I think you are saying that it's okay because he used his voice and his lyrics rite? Tat's BS, It doesn't matter. he Copyed off EXACT SAME MELODY. MELODY IS THE ONE THAT MATTERS. DON"T YOU GET IT????

  • i JUST TOLD YOU IT's NOT ILLEGAL HOLY SHIT.

  • go read a book on law holy shit you are so fucking ignorant its actually funny. seriously, read a fucking book about copyrights

  • agree, copy other producer's instrumental is illegal and extremely disrespectful.....in other words, it's bitch move because he can't come up with good melodies

  • @MsZold holy shyt. stfu with the stupid copyright -.- no one cares, they only care if the song is good or not. Its not like Wilber copied YOUR music.

  • @azngirl11222 what a dick lol NOBODY asked you if you care or not bitch hh and it doesn't justify Wilber's wrong doing. It is a truth that he plagiarize Korean signer's work and he shall be ashamed of himself. And Yeah of course he didn't copy my music but there's a big flaw in your words. People care if someone gets violated or treated unfairly by others. Well i don't know if you do that but people who aren't selfish nor obnoxious like you DOES care.

  • It's not about copying and imitating, it's about innovating. The Mac's came out first and the PC came out a year later, but for the past 20+ years everybody has been using the PC/Windows over the Mac. Nobody called Bill Gates out for copying the Mac and it's OS now did they? Why? because it was a much better innovation

William Shakespeare, highly regarded as one of history's greatest playwright, his most famous play Romeo and Juliet, wasn't his. He got the play off someone else but made it grand

  • @MsZold

so really now, who's with the childish attitude? insulting a whole race of people and a whole nation over a point you don't even know for certain? hah, that's pretty funny.

  • I think you and your mother's face are funnier and i know much more about this song than you do. If you can't believe me then research about it there are tons of articles about chinese imitating korean songs without permission.

  • Heatherjrock even Koreans have accents so I understand what you mean. Lee Donghae has an accent being from Mokpo and it's really cute listening to it.

  • so great

  • Don't be talking about copying because everybody has freedom!

  • hey everyone..its not about plagariasm or not..it shows how ppl interprets a song. music should bring us together, after all we are all humans, we bleed the same colour. i like all version. love peace not war :)

  • that girl is hot

  • who sings the girl parts?

  • I love this MV ...

  • is this chinese in mandarin (just wonderin)???

  • yea

  • I ike this version better than any other one

  • is there any other versions?

  • Umm other than chinese version there is a korean version, vietnamese, and a english one.

  • Hebe has sung this song before at a SHE concert with Wilber Pan, but this is NOT Hebe in the music video. This song is in Mandarin, a dialect of the Chinese language as a whole. The original song is in KOREAN. It is by a band called Freestyle and the song is called Please Tell Me Why.

  • its not a dialect. The whole mainland China speaks it because we also have our regional dialects.

  • Mandarin is the "official" Chinese, yes, but it's not the original Chinese. Therefore, it is a dialect

  • lol this is so funny, a westerner trying to teach a Chinese person about Chinese language. I am 100% Chinese, born and bred in China. My ancestory trace back 3000 years, linked to the emperors in the Zhou dynasty. I don't think you know who you are talking to here.

If you are referring to the Mandarin spoken in Beijing, then yes, it is a dialect.

However Chinese mandarin which is spoken all over mainland is the Chinese language. All radio, tv announcers speak it. It is like the King's english

  • Mandarin isn't the original Chinese. It's not like I'm some stupid Westerner, I was told by my Chinese boyfriend who grew up in Taiwan and his Chinese parents who grew up on the mainland. I was just trying to help people asking about the video. It's like the King's English, but English derived from German. German derived from other languages. I KNOW Mandarin is spoken everywhere - the most spoken language in the world. But it originated from an older Chinese. -continued-

  • -continued- A royal family thousands of years ago decided it would be the official language, making the possibility of there being other dialects being very evident and that means it originated somewhere. Could you speak Mandarin to a person living in the same region of China 6000 years ago and would they understand you? No, the language has evolved, much like English has over the years of its existence. Don't treat me like some stupid White person, I'm no expert but I was just trying to help.

  • Also, the original version is called Please Tell Me Why by Freestyle. But I guess you read that already if you replied to me.

  • No no you are getting me wrong, I am not saying you are stupid, it just seemed like you think I might be stupid because I don't know the Chinese language.Lol you got a chinese boyfriend?haha I got an english girlfriend, coinsidence, hey?English is actually from latin, just like German and French.Mandarin is the dialect of Beijing region I think.During the Kingdom wars in China, the first emperor united China and united currency and language etc,so Its probably from that.I guess you are partly right

  • English is derived from a number of languages, but is mostly Germanic, although it also takes from Latin, Greek, and French. When I was learning German a few years back, it was really interesting because I understood words I had never heard before, but due to my native language originating from it, words were very similar. When I tool Spanish, it was clear that Spanish was mostly derived from Latin, but English and Spanish are also very similar, so they all originated from the same basic place.

  • But that's cool that you have a white girlfriend; my boyfriend moved from Taiwan when he was a teenager and so his native language is Mandarin and I've been trying to learn. It's a beautiful language and reading it has to be my favorite part. I actually got to go to Taiwan about a month ago and I LOVED it. Although I have noticed Mainland Mandarin and Taiwan Mandarin is slightly different, like maybe Taiwan has an accent, like the United States and Great Britain?

  • Have you listened to Super Junior M? They sing mandarin songs and one of them is half Taiwanese although he grew up in Canada! They are awesome though and they got me appreciating China a lot more although I always thought that Chinese and Korean guys were hot!

  • is there a english version of this song plz tell me

  • Pan jia li . Not Hebe .

  • hus the girl?

  • 弦子

  • i believe its Hebe. Thats what it said on wikipedia.
