but my biggest plite with this how fast and little hits it requires for the game to be over

i counted 18 -19 maybe? in blazblue u could pull a 30 hit combo and still not kill the character(except ragan :o)

i play portable version ( dont think i suck :o) alot of people think portable owners cant dish out the same stylish combos as their counterpart, well when i show them me playin ragna or jin i pretty much love their expression

since i pretty much make my own combos

@1hitgamer Go to an arcade, watch your confidence die. BB is not that different from Tekken, in BB it takes a practiced player a little over 2 fully connected combos to win. In Tekken it takes a practiced player about 2 combos to win. Really if you're good enough at either then it's not that different of fighting so complaining about the quick fights doesn't help your argument towards BB. Tekken IMO is much harder and more technical. BB could use side steps since the high low game is so fast.

@Chowdizzle Trust me, BB is fast paced enough and the high low game isn't that bad. There is alot of gimicks aswell to counter stuff and a thing called Instant blocking to recover faster from stuff which opens up a completely NEW and BIG option for a fighting game. Also BB is a 2D fighting game so it can't have sidesteps (and in my honest opinion BB would be ruined if it gets made into a 3D fighting game)

@Chowdizzle Forgot to say in my other comment, in Tekken you barely block anyways. Or you DO block and get hit anyways as seen in this video aswell. With all those side steps etc it's inevitable to not get hit eventually there is alot of moves you could go in a high/low game. Which is pretty stupid imo because you can mash buttons and do actual combos.

Don't get me wrong Tekken is a fun game to play but on a competitive basis, it's not really the greatest. (at least in my opinion)

@XiahouYuan111 So then it's that much easier to appreciate the high level. I don't play much Tekken and I love watching it, you have to have a lot of knowledge to really get when to block what. Well that's how I feel about it, some people have told me Tekken is the easiest period; lol I don't understand that.
