before i left for collage my parents were HUGE mac folk that's all they used. for collage they wanted to get me a mac book pro for 1000 bloody dollars, instead i got an Acre aspire for 450. the first time i powered up the computer and herd the start up it was like i was liberated. thank you Ballyweg for helping me relive that memory

I don't know what the fuck is all the fuss about. I used 98, 2000, XP, Vista and am now using 7 and I never had any problems with Vista. Although it does "eat" a bit of your hardware resources, it wasn't so unsecure as people say it was. XP was better in my opinion but 7 is the best operating system.

There's nothing wrong with Vista. It's just a more secure model. If you don't like it, don't use it. Simple as.

the best one is the beta startup, its like when you hear it (because I changed the startup sound to this :D) "Welcome, to another day of your life" XD

Shutdown Sound - Windows ME Startup

Log Off - Windows 98 Startup
