BTW, grohl formed the foos on his own, he reccorded the whole album on his own. kurt could bearly play the guitar. he was nothing more than a 90s emo.

Kurt Cobain was a good songwriter, but one of the crappiest guitarists to make it in a band...I don't think this song is about Kurt, but I do believe the bridge part in "MonkeyWrench" is, "one last thing before I quit...I was always caged and now I'm free", maybe Kurt was an ass and used Dave as a monkey "wrench" to get where he wanted...I dunno, but FF>>Nirvana
