I don't think it's easy to knock Kirby off at all, even in Melee and Brawl. He can fly. But I guess the significance of that is a little watered down now that there are other flying characters.
Such as Pit, Dedede, the characters with gliding abilities, Jigglypuff, yeah. Kirby's flying ability isn't too unique anymore. It disappoints me. Still, Kirby beats Jigglypuff hands down (my opinion, Jigglypuff's only useful move is rollout...)
Yeah, I don't like Jigglypuff either. The sleep move was pretty much what made Jigglypuff unique, but it never seems to work. And I don't know of any others worthy of mentioning besides, well, rollout. Even though it's easy to accidentally kill yourself that way.
....EXACTLY! i was ok with meta knight flying like kirby but pit n king ddd too! kirby was unique but now hes known for swallowing. o kirby pwns jpuff all the way
