  • Good stuff, could be even better if you knew the actual names of the muscles, no such thing as a the "quadratus lumborus (its lumborum) and Oburtater internus (its obturator internus). Also the technique you are showing has very little effect on the quadratus lumborum which is located above the hip from the pelvis to the 12th rib with attachments to the lumbar spine along the way, laterally flexing and to a smaller degree extending the spine and stabilizing the 12 rib during respiration
