What you mean is "how did I copy the patterns?" -Easy. Just press and hold down CTRL and drag the patterns you wish to copy. Then release both mouse-button and CTRL. Then press the SHIFT key and drag it wherever you want it.

The synth is the standard whistle you find in Sytrus.

Generators -> Sytrus -> Synth String -> Angelic Whistle

I modified it abit.
