This is a really great piece. I love how it uses the entire range of the piano and the richness of the sound. This is one of those songs that defines the full potential of the instrument. Great job composing it! Do you have sheet music for it yet?

Thanks very much. No I do not have sheet music for this, it would probably take me awhile for this piece because of its complexity. This is about as complex as I can get, it's a fun piece to play.

This was the most difficult piece I composed. I did it over a period of 6 months, a little bit at a time. In contrast I've had songs that I did in 1 day. Usually if I'm focused I take 2 or 3 weeks for a song, but this one was definitely more difficult.

Also liked the part at 1:30, but I agree with snipegavain, the middle part sometimes gets a bit boorish, you could say. More changes of tempo and mood, perhaps? More distinctive structure.

Anyways, still, loved it, don't get me wrong. But you gottas critizise the best, so they could get better! :)

I love seeing any comments on my original stuff. This piece took me the longest to compose as I tried to make it my most technically challenging piece to play. It's one I have to constantly play otherwise I forget it quickly.

Did you write down the notes for this piece?

Yeah I actually used software called NoteWorthy Composer to transcribe the piece into sheet music. The barring of notes and pointing of stems is all up to the user to define so it may not look all nice and pretty but it's there. Only problem is I have it pasted into Word and when I tried sending it someone it came out all messed up, funny characters and stuff. I'll have to work on that.

lol! i used to use noteworthy, which does a good job of transcribing notes, but its limited in many ways. For better visuals (and more realistic sounds) I'd check out Finale...its expensive real, but try to get it fake.
