@dqDST1913 Not a good idea. Only because the choreography on the Zumba video game was not geared towards using the weights and you could hurt yourself. :( Maybe one day they will come out with Zumba Toning for Wii. Zumba Love.

I've been doing Zumba toning for a bit and it really helped me lose the weight I never had the attention span to lose at the gym.
It's fun. That's all there is to it.

I use the 1 lb. toning sticks and I am ready to use something heavier. These toning sticks look heavier than the ones I have.

@GlamourCaliente those are actually the 1lb weights which are lighter then the green ones. the purple which are 2.5 lbs pack a bigger punch.
