yea it does give good protection cause i drop it a lot and i didnt get one scratch cause with the screen protector and the case it is basically full protection for your zune hd ... the case doesn't attract any dust or lint at all cause of the smoothness it isnt regular silicon and when you put it in your jeans it isnt hard to take out

It would be better to drop it in this than without one.
In my opinion this case looks like if you want decent protection for the entire Zune but don't wanna spend too much money.
