kebab is lamb meat. its like all the shit meat is out in this machine e.g the neck, bumholes and scrapings near the bone, etc. then they add spices and stuff and then these big cylinders of meat come out the other end. then they stick a rod through it then its on the machine cooking. then when its ready they cut bits off put it in a pitta bread (naan bread is much better) then u eat it.

I prefer it on the turkish pita instead of greek. Sort of inbetween naan and greek pita.

well the normal pitta is not greek that is just a standard industrialised pitta they use in turkey. the (turkish pita) is one they use in restraunts and is more of a village style pitta more like a fajita. but both a turkish.
