  • 2:20 looks like she needs more leg development. 3:20 definitely looks like more hip/quad/hamstring development is needed.

  • danggg all of them are cute, but especially the girl that dropped it alot of times (3:33-4:59)

  • here are the weights

    bar:15kg(33lbs)

    green bumpers:10kg(22lbs)

    yellow:15kg(33lbs)

    blue:20kg(44lbs)

    red:25kg(55lbs)

    collars:2.5kg(5lbs)

  • I'm looking at 1:46 and see yellow (2) for 66 pounds, the bar (1) for 33 pounds, and collars (2) for 10 pounds which makes a total of 109 pounds. Of course the girls weigh about what 120 - 130 pounds?

  • Which is still b***h weight. lol. ^.^

  • How much were they lifting?
